This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and service charges are handled. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

2. Nature of Our Services

Abhiraj Excellence Solution provides professional financial consultancy and documentation services, including but not limited to:

The Company acts only as a professional consultant and facilitator.

3. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Abhiraj Excellence Solution does not approve or sanction loans.

Loan approval, rejection, loan amount, interest rate, processing time, subsidy, government benefits, and disbursement are solely determined by:

  • Banks

  • NBFCs

  • Government Authorities

  • Financial Institutions

  • Lending Partners

The Company does not guarantee:

  • Loan approval

  • Government subsidy

  • Mudra loan sanction

  • MSME loan sanction

  • CGTMSE approval

  • PMEGP approval

  • Any Government Scheme approval

  • Loan amount

  • Loan disbursement

  • Loan processing time

Each application is evaluated independently by the concerned institution.

4. Strict No Refund Policy

Unless specifically agreed to in writing by the Company, all payments made to Abhiraj Excellence Solution are strictly non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Consultancy Charges

  • Professional Fees

  • Documentation Charges

  • Processing Fees

  • Application Assistance Fees

  • Project Report Charges

  • CMA Report Charges

  • DPR Charges

  • Business Plan Charges

  • Financial Projection Charges

  • Verification Charges

  • Service Charges

Once work has commenced, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances except where required by applicable law.

5. Project Report, CMA Report & Business Documentation

All documents prepared by Abhiraj Excellence Solution, including but not limited to:

  • Project Reports

  • CMA Reports

  • Business Plans

  • Financial Projections

  • DPR

  • Loan Files

  • Business Documentation

  • Government Loan Documentation

are customized professional services prepared according to the information provided by the client.

These services are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

Preparation charges are payable for professional expertise and time invested in preparing these documents.

Refund shall not be granted because:

  • Loan is rejected.

  • Bank requests additional documents.

  • Government scheme is not approved.

  • Subsidy is rejected.

  • Customer changes their decision.

  • Customer does not submit documents.

  • Customer fails eligibility.

  • Customer receives lower loan amount.

  • Customer applies through another consultant.

  • Customer delays the process.

  • Any bank or government authority rejects the application.

6. Mudra, MSME & Government Loan Disclaimer

For Mudra Loan, MSME Loan, PMEGP, CGTMSE, Stand-Up India, Startup India, Government Subsidy Schemes, and any Central or State Government financial assistance programs:

Abhiraj Excellence Solution only provides professional consultancy, document preparation, application assistance, and guidance.

The Company does not have any authority to approve or influence the decision of:

  • Government Departments

  • Banks

  • District Industries Centre (DIC)

  • SIDBI

  • NABARD

  • MSME Department

  • Any Government Authority

Preparation of Project Reports, CMA Reports, DPRs, Financial Statements, Business Plans, or any supporting documentation does not guarantee approval of any Government or Bank loan.

Accordingly, no refund shall be provided if the loan, subsidy, or government assistance is rejected, delayed, partially approved, or not sanctioned for any reason whatsoever.

7. Customer Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • Providing genuine information.

  • Providing authentic documents.

  • Maintaining eligibility.

  • Cooperating with banks.

  • Responding to verification requests.

  • Complying with lender requirements.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays or rejection caused by incomplete, incorrect, or false information supplied by the customer.

8. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before work begins.

However, once:

  • Consultation has been provided,

  • Documentation has started,

  • Project Report preparation has begun,

  • CMA preparation has started,

  • Financial analysis has commenced,

  • Application processing has begun,

the order cannot be cancelled and no refund shall be issued.

9. Third-Party Charges

The Company is not responsible for charges imposed by:

  • Banks

  • NBFCs

  • Government Authorities

  • Payment Gateways

  • Verification Agencies

Such charges are outside the Company's control and are non-refundable.

10. Exceptional Refunds

Any refund, if approved by the Company in exceptional circumstances, shall be entirely at the Company's sole discretion.

Approval of one refund shall not create a precedent or obligation to approve future refunds.

11. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Abhiraj Excellence Solution be liable for:

  • Loan rejection

  • Government subsidy rejection

  • Mudra loan rejection

  • MSME loan rejection

  • Delayed approvals

  • Banking delays

  • Financial losses

  • Business losses

  • Loss of opportunity

  • Credit score changes

  • Interest charged by lenders

  • Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

The Company's maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the actual professional service fee paid directly to the Company for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
